World Wide Directory is designed to help you find a local congregation of the Lord's church wherever you are.   The directory site is the work of brother Rex D. Moore in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with mailing lists furnished by brother Dennis Kelly in Searcy, Arkansas, and started online by the late brother Wes Duncan in Topeka, Kansas.   Again, it is incumbent upon each individual who seeks to enter by the narrow gate, to find out what the Lord's Church looks like.

The apostle Paul as he closes his letter to the Romans makes a very, very important statement.   Starting in chapter 16 and verse 16, it continues through verse 18.

Greet one another with a holy kiss.   The churches of Christ greet you.

Now I urge you, brethern, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them.   For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple.

Romans 16:16-18 -- NKJV

Each congregation of the church of Christ is autonomous, answering only to God and functioning within the laws of the land.   This allows each local congregation to follow the Biblical mandates and examples which, if followed, lets the glory of God shine through as a beacon of light for their community.

By following the Bible as its only creed, the members of the church of Christ have to discern between right and wrong and fellowship with groups of Christians who also seek to hide their lives in Christ (Colossians 3).   Weigh the information gleaned through the use of this search engine carefully.   Because it comes from so many different sources, we can not guarantee its correctness.   Test the information for its correctness and suitability before you use it.

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
